Cloud Service & License Agreement
This agreement governs the use of the Asas Construction Management SaaS platform and sets out our security guarantees.
1. Complete Data Ownership & Confidentiality
- All project data, architectural drawings, tender unit rates, and financial records uploaded to Asas remain the sole property of your organization.
- Asas will never inspect, share, or monetize your company data with any third party.
- You may export all project records at any time during your subscription.
2. Service Uptime & Infrastructure Stability
- Asas commits to a 99.9% annual cloud service availability SLA.
- System updates and maintenance occur outside peak business hours with advance notification.
- Redundant daily snapshots protect against data corruption or loss.
3. Cybersecurity & Encryption
- All communication is secured via TLS 1.3 and database records are protected with AES-256 encryption.
- Strict multi-factor authentication protocols safeguard against unauthorized account access.
Operational Responsibilities
- The subscriber is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial and engineering data entered into the system.
- Authorized users must keep their login credentials confidential.
